Systems Integrator

The role of Systems Integrator is to provide consistent, professional ACS Services that delight our customers to the point of repeat business.
Duties
- Provide systems integration services and direct customer support
- PLC, HMI, SCADA design and programming
- Participate in and collaborate with team in Integration/Automation projects from start to finish
- Exceed expectations of the customer in the completion of each project or service call
- Provide Programming and Electrical troubleshooting
Bonus Experience
- AutoCAD Drafting
- PLC Control Panel design
- Experience with UL 508-A design requirements and constraints
Position Requirements
- Experience in or knowledge of automation software and hardware technologies and drafting software. PLC/HMI/SCADA various software and hardware
- Self-directed, requiring minimum supervision
- Advanced problem-solving skills – whether unassisted or with help from ACS peers and managers
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Commit to continuous improvement of efficiencies and skills to bring additional value to the ACS team
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years experience in Controls and Automation

Technical Salesman

Duties

Account Manager

The “Account Manager” (AM) is a business team member who initiates and manages the day-to-day interactions between the company and its customers. The role is responsible for growing business and ensuring timely delivery of optimized quality products and services to customers through internal team members’ activities. Individual role activities include promoting products and services, assuring information flow, problem resolution, product quotations, and processing of orders.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and initiate regular communications.
- Create timely estimates, quotes, proposals, and order confirmations for customers.
- Act as customers’ advocate.
- Work closely with planners and team members to ensure that customers’ deliverables are on time and per customers’ expectations and ACS’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with the team to meet profitability and sales revenues objectives.
Position Requirements
- Act as customers’ advocate, responsive, reliable, and adaptable problem-solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude to become conversant with current automation software and hardware technologies.
- Self-directed, requiring minimum supervision.
- Work at headquarters to support sales team’s activities.
- Support outside direct business activities as needed. Ability to travel overnight 25% of the time.
- Proficient with Mac, Windows, web browsers, iPad/iPhone, Microsoft Office or similar office suite, and CRM.
- Three (3) years of account management experience in an environment involving automation software and hardware technologies, control electronics, instrumentation, electrical contracting, construction, or similar areas. An alternative is a combination of related education and experience.

Technical Estimator

The role of Technical Estimator is to work with a team of sales, marketing, and engineering professionals to craft pricing/proposals for innovative and custom solutions that satisfy our clients.
Duties
- Craft compelling win/win proposals customized to match each individual client’s needs with the services and capabilities that ACS offers
- Consolidate information on leads from Sales Team and opportunities identified by systems integrators to assemble project estimates
- Input accurate and timely information in the ACS Opportunity Pipeline
- Light administrative duties
- Occasionally assist in Sales activities and Marketing Campaigns
